and have a unique opportunity to teach the Word while fostering relationships to help young men live a life of faith and service.

MENTORSHIP

Shared activity is vital to establishing a bond between young men and their mentors.

By combining mutual interests with meaningful discussion The Southside FORGE is striving to point young men in a direction that honors Christ.

Sports, hobbies, and special projects are combined with meaningful discussions to allow young men to process the ups and downs of life and find guidance from trusted mentors.

Activities vary in focus from sports or hobbies to projects and organizing events

In the midst of the many questions, troubles, and distractions of everyday life young men face,

The Southside FORGE mentors offer help, godly counsel, and biblical direction for making wise decisions.

We understand that only in Christ can a young man reach his full potential to live with faith, integrity, courage, honor, and compassion and fulfill his roles as a godly husband, caring father, loyal friend, model employee, and dedicated member of his local church.
